DELIVERY POLICY.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY.

  1. We will ship the products free of cost ANYWHERE IN KOREA for the minimum order value of KRW. 40,000.and a maximum weight of 15 kgs per each shipment. However the additional weight ordered will be charged, depending on the volume of the products.
  2. For orders less than KRW. 40,000 and a maximum weight of 15 kgs per each shipment, KRW.3000 will be charged towards shipping & handling.
  3. Free shipping not applicable for Jeju-do, Ulloung-dong, and few other remote areas. Shipping charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the products ordered. For orders less than KRW 40,000 & for a maximum weight of 15 kgs, KRW 6,000 will be charged towards shipping & handling  
  4. Bulk buy products are excluded from free shipping offers.
  5. Orders are processed and shipped within 24~ 36 hours, (Monday to Friday) on receipt of payment. Kindly mention the last four digits of your order number in the sender's information while transferring the money.
  6. Orders received until 10.00 P.M on Thursday with payment, will be shipped on the following Monday. However orders received until Thursday 10 PM without perishable items will be shipped on Friday and will be delivered during weekend.
  7. The shipping will be processed through the KOREAN TAEKBAE SERVICE (Local shipment carriers) with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. Delivery person usually drops off the package at your home, if no one is available to receive the package; the same shall be dropped off in front of your door step or in the security office of your building / Apartment.
  8. We will send an intimation with the tracking number and tracking method on dispatch, If you do not receive the products the next day on getting the intimation you are kindly requested to contact us immediately, failing which, we will not be responsible for the lost parcel.
  9.  We will not be liable for missing or damaged packages. However we take utmost care while packing the goods.

10.  The company will not be responsible for delayed deliveries if any due to FORCE MAJEURE /CAS FORTUIT /CASUS FORTUITUS.

11.  The above terms applies to the residents of Seoul, Suwon & Bundang areas too.

12.  By accepting the terms & condition while checking out during ordering process you accept fully to the terms mentioned above.

13.  Kindly note that customers will have the Cash On Pick up option only for orders in the vicinity of our Mart.

14. Customers are requested to order the Styrofoam Ice pack while ordering Fresh & frozen goods.We will not be responsible if your perishable product spoils without ice pack during shipment

15. We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in between the image and the actual product.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY SERVICE

Products can be delivered on the same day through ‘KOREAN QUICK SERVICE’ (LOCAL SPEED DELIVERY CARRIERS).You may contact us by phone / email / Whats App before placing the order.  

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Customers are kindly requested to check the expiry date upon receiving the products and notify to us within 24 hours. In the event of return of any products, the same should be done within 3 days of the billing time with the pack fully in-tact. Return of the goods will not be accepted if the seal is tampered.

Customers are requested not to seek refunds or replacements for perishable goods.
