- Delivery cut-off time is 10.00 pm.
Orders submitted and paid before 10:00pm will be processed for next day delivery. If orders are made on Saturdays and Sundays, orders will be processed on Mondays.
* We do not ship orders that need a Cooler on Fridays. (Please make an order needed a Cooler until 10.00 P.M on Wednesday)
Please note that deliveries may take longer depending on the products ordered and location of customer (e.g. custom cut meats, weather conditions, etc.) and that a cooler and ice pack must be purchased for orders with perishable items. Expat Mart is not liable for damages to orders that require a cooler and was not purchased by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges& Refund
Please make sure you have selected the right options (e.g. size, flavor and quantity) prior to completing the order.On submission of the order, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy. Exchanges and refunds are accepted only if the request is made within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
Eligibility for Exchange/Refund
Items will be eligible for exchange or refund on the condition that product packaging, labels and tags are intact and the product is in its original condition.Expat Mart will take responsibility of shipping costs incurred from product defects or misdelivery.
Products that are sold out, defective or have been damaged as a result of the delivery will also be eligible for exchange or refund. In cases of exchange or refund due to a change in personal preference additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items Ineligible for Exchange/Refund
Products damaged by the customer and items that have dropped in value due to any reasons (e.g. elapsed time) that do not allow for the items' resale are ineligible for exchange or refund. All sales are final for perishable food that require refrigeration and do not qualify for exchange/refund. How to Make an Exchange/Refund
Customer must call or email Expat Mart to request a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please have your order number and reason for return ready before calling us and make sure to include this information if emailing us. In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or misdelivery, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects.
